Zest: Habit Tracker & Streaks (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") is a mobile service created and operated by Nadiia Kindrachuk (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). The Application is provided as a Free-to-download service with optional Premium features (subscriptions).
2. Anonymous Use and Data Storage
The Application is designed to prioritize user privacy:
- No Account Required: You can use the Application without providing any personal identifiers such as your name, email, or phone number.
- Local Data (SwiftData): Your habit logs, goals, and progress are stored locally on your device. The Developer does not have access to your personal habit data.
- iCloud Sync: If enabled, your data is synchronized across your devices via Apple’s iCloud. This data is encrypted and managed entirely by Apple Inc.
3. Third-Party Service Providers (Analytics & Subscriptions)
To ensure a smooth user experience and to improve the Application, I may use trusted third-party services. These services may collect anonymized information to help the Application function correctly:
- RevenueCat (Subscription Management): We use RevenueCat to process and manage in-app purchases. It collects anonymous transaction data (e.g., purchase date, subscription status) to unlock Premium features. No credit card information is shared with the Developer.
- Mixpanel (Product Analytics): We may use Mixpanel to collect anonymized usage data (e.g., which buttons are clicked or which features are most popular). This information is used strictly to improve the App's design and functionality and is not linked to your personal identity.
- Apple (App Store): All financial transactions are managed by Apple Inc. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for more details on how they handle your payment information.
4. Automatically Collected Information
The Application may automatically collect certain non-personal information, including:
- The type of mobile device you use.
- Your mobile operating system version.
- Aggregated data about how you interact with the Application.
